Don't know how many calories you should be eating? Not sure how much protein, carbohydrates, and fats your body needs?
Let me help you! By answering some basic questions about your body type and activity level, I will determine a good starting point for you and create a meal plan according to the foods you already eat!
You will fill out a questionnaire and tell me what your goals are and what foods you enjoy and I will develop a meal plan to include those foods within your allowed daily calories!
You do not have to live on chicken and broccoli to lose or maintain weight, you can (and should) enjoy what you eat!
