I honestly think I could have been easily fooled as a kid with these! These are soooo easy to make, require only four ingredients and only 20 minutes in the oven! Plus they are so yummy and not just empty calories. Hello nutrients! #eatrealfood
Recipe: - 1 cup *cooked* sweet potatoes (I just microwaved them lol) - 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (I used Spread The Love) - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used NOW) - 4 tbsp honey or syrup (I used ChocZero sugar-free vanilla syrup) . Spread over greased pan or wax paper. Bake for 20 mins at 350. I garnished with some sugar-free dark chocolate (I used ChocZero but often use Lily's Sugar-Free Chocolate) and voilà! Sooo easy. Let cool completely before cutting.
