Protein Fluff Recipe

I love protein fluff because it is the epitome of volume eating. Like, it's the same serving of a protein shake but it becomes such a huge mountain of fluff that I feel like I'm eating a cheat meal and I get so full. I also have a huge sweet tooth so this tends to satiate my cravings. Sometimes I freeze it and eat it as ice cream later. I added more calories with the toppings but those are totally optional. I love a good crunch so I made some crunchy oats to use as a topping, recipe for those below (bonus!).

🌸 Protein fluff! 🌸 - 60g Whey protein - 1/2 cup Almond milk - 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract . - 60g frozen blackberries - 2+ Packets of stevia - 6 Ice cubes Blend until fluffy 🍧🍧🍧 For thicker fluff, use less milk.

Toppings: Shredded coconut, fried oats, hemp seeds, açai powder & pomegranate seeds.

For the fried oats:

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 rolled oats

1 packet of stevia

1 tsp ground cinnamon

In small pan over low heat, add coconut oil. Once melted, add rolled oats and mix well until oats are evenly covered in oil. Increase to medium heat. Continue to stir oats until browned. Be careful not to burn, keep a close eye! Once browned, remove from heat and let cool. Sprinkle stevia and cinnamon. Mix well. Voila! This makes 2 servings.
