🍃Whipped up some refreshing homemade tzatziki sauce during meal prep today. This is a clean, healthier version with less fat and no oil. So yummy and easy! Perfect in wraps, sandwiches, skewers or as a dip for crudité. I used:
- 1 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt - 1/2 English cucumber - 1 tablespoon fresh dill - 4 Leaves of fresh mint - Fresh lemon juice - Salt & pepper
Just finely chop the cucumber (you can peel if you'd like, I didn't), dill and mint. Mix it into the yogurt, squeeze a half of a small lemon's juice (or to taste/preferred consistensy) and salt & pepper to taste. At this point you may decide to add more dill or mint, totally your taste buds' call! Enjoy!
