I drink a protein shake after every workout and I thought I'd share my favorite recipe! Drinking protein after a workout, especially after lifting, helps build and maintain muscle mass. I make it a meal by adding a few other muscle fueling ingredients.
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Unsweatened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
Stevia to taste (if needed)
