Weight Loss & Lifestyle Coaching

Through my online weight loss and healthy lifestyle coaching I will teach you the flexible dieting method and how to track your food, calories and balance macros. I set you up with a program to follow without being limited to a specific diet or cutting out food groups. You will eat the foods you enjoy while hitting the appropriate calories, amount of fiber and nutrients for your specific needs and activity level. I suggest a minimum of a 4 month commitment to see some real results because it takes time to see what your body is doing and how it responds, but there is no contract obligation and you will learn tools that will be useful forever. - 20min weekly video or phone check-in

Option 3 - Wellness Coaching

- 25min weekly motivation calls (phone or video)

- Meditation guidance + homework

- 5 minute Journal

- Grounding techniques

- Trauma resource guidance
